We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, organising and performing daily warehouse tasks while guiding a small team to work safely, efficiently and accurately.Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Organise and perform daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, receiving and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts to production.
  • Maintain warehouse layout, cleanliness and stock organisation.
  • Load, unload and move engines and materials safely.
  • Support, guide and train warehouse staff while working alongside them.
  • Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Promote safe work practices and identify opportunities for process improvement.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or production.
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong organisation, practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can lead by example.
  • Physically capable of light manual handling.

Qualifications

  • Current Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
  • Logistics/Warehouse qualifications (desirable)
  • Experience with ERP systems (desirable)

Hours of Work (38 hours/week):

  • Mon–Thurs: 7:00am–3:30pm
  • Fri: 7:00am–2:45pm
