We are looking for a Technical Advisor/Warranty Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time, customer-facing role is ideal for someone with automotive industry experience who enjoys problem solving, working with dealerships, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of support.

You will play a key role managing warranty claims from start to finish, working closely with dealerships, engineers and production teams to investigate issues, coordinate solutions and ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealerships through professional communication and responsive support
  • Liaising with technicians, engineers and production teams to resolve claim queries
  • Managing warranty claims end-to-end from submission through to resolution
  • Reviewing and verifying claim documentation, photos, fault codes and reports
  • Tracking claims and following up outstanding items
  • Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation
  • Identifying recurring field issues and contributing to process improvements
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Experience in the automotive industry (Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, or similar)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional and composed approach to challenging situations
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Confidence working with systems and structured processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across teams
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Hours of Work (38 hours/week):

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
